Clincher
How it works

One ask.
Clincher runs the rest.

From "set it up" to "who won", here's what you do, what your players see, and what Clincher handles. The texts below are the real ones.

1

You ask

Tell Clincher what you're running: by text, from your AI assistant, or with the four-step form here. Names are enough. Add a phone or email for anyone who should get an invite.

YouSet up a ping pong bracket for Friday with Kim, Ray, Dee and Lou. Kim's number is 555-0101.
ClincherDone. Friday Ping Pong has 4 players. Kim gets an invite by text; the others are in. Say "start it" when you're ready.
2

Everyone gets one invite

One text they answer with Y or N, or an email with "I'm in" and "I'll pass" buttons. No app, no account, nothing to download, and players never pay.

Texting is part of Pro. Email and links are free.

Kim's phone
Rae invited you to Friday Ping Pong (single elimination) via Clincher. Reply Y to play or N to pass. Reply STOP to opt out.
Y
You're in Friday Ping Pong. I'll text you when it starts.

Clincher keeps it moving

When a match is ready, both players hear about it. Either one reports the score, the other confirms, and the bracket moves on by itself. You can enter results too, from the page or by asking.

Kim's phone
You're up in Friday Ping Pong: semifinal vs Lou. When it's over, reply W or L (or your score first, like 21-15).
W 11-7
Got it: Kim won 11-7. Waiting for Lou to confirm.

Someone clinches it

The champion gets the moment, everyone sees the final bracket, and the share card shows up wherever you paste the link. Next week? Run it back with the same people in one tap.
