The small print: go Pro on an event any time, even mid-event; invites wait until it's paid, then go out at once. Pro is priced by games (25¢ each, $7 at least, rounded up to the dollar), the same however many players turn on notifications instead. Notifications are free on every event and need nothing installed. If the event grows, you pay the difference; if people don't show, you get the difference back when you start; if it's cancelled, everything it didn't use goes back to your card. Open-ended rivalries and leaderboards buy texting in $7 blocks. Each payment covers about twice what an event like it uses: we email you at 80%, and if it ever runs out, players get one last text pointing to their page. Leftover texts roll over when you run it back. Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card.
